Should cat eats be mandatory, period?

Cat ears are great! And I think everyone should be wearing them. They mkae people cuter, which probably have all sort of good downstream effects such as decreasing cinterpersonal conflicts, criminality, and overall just increase the aesthetics of the broader society. I can go on and on about the benefits. I really want to say they should be mandatory, but at the end of the day I believe in personal choice. However, this is a great place for libertarian paternalism. Because the benefits of cat ears are clear, and the benefits are often widely distributed to beyond the individual, such as by making society cuter, we should implement various nsystems to nudge indivudals to be have more pro-socially here, by wearing cat ears. Some concrete proposal would be effectively an make work system for wearing cat ears, we should provide a daily subsidy for people doning their cats ears and channeling their inner UwU. This not only increases the prevalence of cat ear wearing, but it creates a concrete repeateable goal for many people to participate in, giving them a sense of purpose in our increasingly fractured civil society.
